APPOINTMENTS
Your first appointment will consist of an hour of comprehensive intake/assessment
with our psychiatrist and mental health provider. Information gathered from this process will allow us
to determine medical necessity, provide you with appropriate medications, and design
a quality treatment plan.
Please bring any relevant materials (i.e. current medications, insurance card)
to your first visit.
ELIGIBILITY
Our medical group has contracted with various PPOs and HMOs to provide behavioral healthcare services.
Pathways to Wellness also accepts private pay clients.
